Park Board

The management, supervision, improvement and care of all designated park lands within the City is delegated to the Park Board of the City of Weatherby Lake, under the supervision of the Board of Aldermen.   The City currently has 8 parks that are beautifully maintained by the Park Board.

The Park Board consists of nine (9) volunteer directors chosen from the citizens at large.   The directors are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Alderpersons.  No member of the municipal government is eligible to be a member of the Park Board.     All directors hold office for three (3) years.  

The Park Board meets the 2nd Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 7200 NW Eastside Drive, Weatherby Lake.
